The hotel is in a prime position overlooking Durban Beach. Spotlessly clean, lovely staff and a very good buffet breakfast. There's a bar which serves food. Its a short walk to bars and restaurants in the casino area. Ive one criticism in that the air conditioning wasn't controllable. Either on or off, which for us not use to the heat made sleeping difficult

I found it funny that this Bayside is called Bayside Suites when some of the other bayside Hotels are much nicer inside. They must work on this. My room has a hole in the ceiling. They must fix.

Fantastic budget hotel
This place was amazing. Clean, beautiful views, quiet area, large rooms. Staff were helpful and friendly and stay out of your way so you can do whatever you want to. The only issue is that the parking can be a bit difficult to manage with a large vehicle.
