"Horrible location No reception staff"

"Beautiful property, near pristine condition with tons of convenient amenities. Every night we enjoyed dinner in the complex and people watched while the kids played. Despite all the activities in the complex, including late night shows, the rooms were very quiet. We didn’t hear a peep and slept super soundly. The *only* confusing bits were check-in (just go to the Radisson), and the light controls… but those are very minor inconveniences. HIGHLY recommend, and will definitely stay again if...

"We booked a double room & private bathroom, toiletries, laundry , air conditioning & coffee making facilities. We had to share a bathroom with 2 other apartments , a sofa bed vs a double bed & there were no toiletries & actually no toilet roll, a fan & no air conditioning & no laundry facilities .we also had an issue checking in , initially they had no record of our booking & told us it had been through Expedia ?? We tried to escalate to Hotels.com but they don’t read the emails properly ! "
