"The property was very nice and centrally located for our stay. The 6th floor restaurant was a great start to our day. They also seemed to be intent on maintaining security once you arrived at the hotel, which I appreciated. The subway was literally right outside of the front door."

"Hotel is located opposite the central train station. With metro underneath it, transporation is very easy. Staff are very helpful and friendly, especially Leon. He is so friendly and helpful, you can approach him for any queries and he will gladly help you. Breakfast spread is good."

"Service is very good. From doorman, reception. They very helpfull and always smile. The room is good with good aminities (but i cant find a toothbrush). The location just a few step from milan central station and tram station (via settembrini stop). They gave us a bag drop even 1 days before our check in date. And after we check in, our luggage had already in our room so very good service from this hotel. Despite the milan central area I feel not safe on the late night, but I love this hotel and must try if you looking for accomodation near central station at milan. "
