Villa Topduin in Bergen aan Zee lives up to its name, as it really is a top house in a beautiful dune garden. Very close to the beach and what a stylish house! Pure beach vacation!



The whole house has recently been completely renovated and tastefully decorated. The living room has 2 sliding doors to the garden and terraces, a beautiful fireplace, a spacious sitting area, a TV with SONOS music system and a nice dining table. The open kitchen is of high standard and offers everything a good kitchen should have.



The great advantage of this vacation home is that there is a bedroom on the first floor with its own shower and toilet, so even people who have difficulty walking can have a nice vacation here. This room has a single bed with a pull-out bed. On the first floor there is also a storage room, hallway, guest toilet and a room with washing machine and dryer.



On the second floor you will find 3 spacious bedrooms, 1 of them with a double bed, 1 with a wide bunk bed and 1 with a crib with a pull-out bed. The large bathroom has a bathtub, a separate shower and a sink. There is a separate toilet.



Around the house is a dune garden with height differences, various seating areas, a large outdoor table and a comfortable lounge sofa. In the driveway in front of the house is enough space for 4 cars. Of course there is wifi. From Villa Topduin you can reach the beach in 1 minute via the Patijnweg. In short: the ideal vacation home!
