Charming apartment in the heart of Bergerac

Limits of the old city and 20m from the main street, my apartment is on the 3rd floor (no elevator) of an ancient building on a pedestrian street.
It is conveniently located close to shops and services and the heritage of the old city.

Completely renovated in 2016, quiet attic with exposed beams, it has a beautiful light and can accommodate 4 people.
He understands:
- Spacious air-conditioned with double bed 140x200, desk, wardrobe with hangers, drawers and shelves, suitcase support.
- Living conditioning with double sofa bed 140x200, 124cm HD TV, stereo bluetooth can be connected to your computer or smartphone, dining area 4 to 6 people.
- Kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, multifunction oven, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster.
- Bathroom with shower and toilet.

All household linen, bed linen - towels - tea towels, is provided at no charge.
Free WLAN access is available with excellent flow.
A welcome basket will allow you to take a first meal and breakfast.

Apartment in the centre of the city.
The apartment is at the top of the house in the centre of Bergerac but very quiet. Everything needed had been provided with extras to make the stay more comfortable. Transport to and from the airport which was a real bonus.

Lovely accommodations
The apartment was wonderfully fitted. Michel thought of everything, brochures and maps a basic French primer. The apartment was warm and inviting, easy to find, great location, perfect for exploring the region. I would recommend this apartment highly.

Appartement très fonctionnel et très propre
Appartement conforme à la description, bien situé en plein centre de Bergerac. Location très propre et bien entretenue. Accueil très sympathique du propriétaire qui nous a donné de bons tuyaux pour les visites. Seul petit inconvénient, le 3ème étage sans ascenseur mais c'est précisé dans l'annonce. Si passez à Bergerac, n'hésitez pas à louer cet appartement. Très bon resto à proximité : L'empreinte
