"Had a great 2 night stay. Room was excellent the staff went above and beyond to help us. Breakfast seating was a little quirky both days, got herded into a crowded spot where we had to share our space even though half of the restaurant was empty and roped off with no explanation from the breakfast staff why except we couldn’t use any empty space. No biggie, otherwise an absolute fantastic stay. Highly recommend staying there when in Cologne"

"Premier Inn almost always best value for money. Travelling as a family of 4, the room was huge and clean. Breakfast was excellent as always. Vending machines in the lobby were out of action so had to purchase 2 bottles of water from the night reception for 13 euros! Car park was very small and the bays were very tight for most cars so so many of them were cutting into the bay next to them."

"Our stay at the Excelsior Hotel Ernst am Dom was amazing, and not long enough! The room was absolutely beautiful with plenty of space, and the staff was so welcoming and friendly! It's an excellent location right around the corner from the train station and the Dom and shopping! This will always be our go to hotel when visiting Cologne!"
