"Our stay overall would have been pleasant if not for the hateful staff member in the breakfast area between 8 and 9 a.m. I accidentally spilled some cereal trying to figure out the dispenser and she came at me like a charging bull, wanting to know why I had spilled the cereal. I apologized. She wouldn't acknowledge me; just rolled her eyes and left me standing there in shock at her rudeness. They couldn't pay me to stay there again. Her behavior was outrageous considering her very job is in hospitality."

"The Hilton Greensprings Resort is a beautiful property in a beautiful location. Considering the number of units and people staying there, the area was quiet and well maintained. The staff was efficient, welcoming and quick to respond to requests for bedding for the fold out couch and towels. The indoor pool and fitness room were small and crowded. The outdoor pool area was not open yet for swimming due to the season, but will offer a great space for summer fun. For three retired friends on spring break, the two bedroom, two bathroom condo with a pullout couch bed in the living room provided excellent accommodations. "

"The property gave us an uncleaned room when we arrived late at night with our three children (all under 7). After complaining, we were moved to another room that was outdated and dusty. When we were ready for bed, my husband tried to set up the sofa bed, but there were no extra pillows or a comforter. We called room service twice and were told each time that someone would bring them, but no one ever came. We didn’t receive those items until the next morning—when we were already checking out. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and we will not be returning. "

"Clean rooms. The staff had trouble keeping up with the amount of clean pool towels needed, area was often messy. "

"The room was a little dirty, the floor was a little yucky (as if there was a pet previously in the room), the ceiling fans were dirty, so we didn't turn them on. A blanket was stained however the front desk immediately brought a new one. The fireplace wasn't working but the maintenance guy fixed it quickly and was very nice. The water in the toilet was low resulting in a lot of noise when using. We were very pleased with the amenities in the room, having a full kitchen with a washer and dryer was great. Also, 2 TV's and a spacious bathroom was nice. The overall property was great."

"Beautiful place to stay. Quiet; friendly staff; Quick response for issues (another guest was parked in our location and security came and handled it within minutes); convenient to all the locations we came to visit. Definitely a place we will visit again!"
