Close to restaurants. Hyatt Regency Amsterdam"Staff tried to be helpful but at night the front desk was annoying and kept asking why we were in the lobby. Intrusive. Obviously during Ade week got back late so wanted to sit in lobby instead of stuffy room."
"Amazing as always! The staff is beyond helpful and accommodating especially when it came to our various requests. We loved the breakfast and restaurant team as well. Having visited a couple years back I can see a bit of wear and tear in the rooms which would be expected I guess and I think the spa changing/locker rooms could be maintained and cleaned but it’s also customers that need to better take care of the spaces after using."
