The kitchen was equipped with two hobs and a microwave.The light switch in the bedroom has a battery operated switch, but the batteries were flat. "Host was extremely attentive and supportive with an easy check-in process with lockbox access. The host walked us thru the property on the phone and provided various tutorials for the property. The house was historic within the castle walls giving it a relaxed yet authentic ambience. Would recommend this property and host. "

"We loved the location, inside the walls; we enjoyed walking along the castle walls and wandering the twisty, old, cobblestone streets. We found excellent cafes and restaurants within Óbidos and did a day trip by bus to Nazaré. However, the 1 bathroom was tiny- it was challenging to even turn around. The bathroom sink did not have a stopper and I didn’t feel comfortable putting in and cleaning my contact lenses over that little sink.
