This was a wonderful hotel in a great location. Just a few steps away from the freedom trail. The hotel is very upscale. Has a great coffee shop in the bottom and a really good restaurant-Ruka- which I did a DoorDash order from. Free water and snacks in the room and they had a clothes steamer in the wardrobe! The staff were very attentive, friendly, and accommodating. The front lobby is a great place to hang out as well.

The place was amazing. Beautiful view. In the heart of Fenway. Check in though was a nightmare. No sign on the outside of the building. We did not get the email with the instructions on how to park or check in. The person at the front desk was not helpful. However once that nightmare was over, it was very nice.
