"Staff was fine, room needs uplevelling for sure. No toilet paper holder, no toilet paper I had to ask front desk, 1 towel paper thin, had to get more from front desk, cigarette burns in bed cover even though non-smoking room. Good points were TV network good options, fridge, microwave, bed comfort, heater worked. "
