THE GOLF VILLA. HOUSING IN A NATURAL ENVIRONMENT WITH A SPECIAL CHARM.

  • Housing located in the heart of the Alavesa Mountain, next to Izki Golf, hiking and mountain biking routes and very close to Rioja Alavesa, where you can enjoy great Rioja wines.
    Very spacious house, with great lighting and careful decoration, large living room with fireplace and garden.

    The house has capacity for 8 guests, on the main floor is the fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom, living room with fireplace and porch. On the first floor is the master bedroom with bathroom and a large dressing room. Studio with terrace, one bedroom with double bed, another room with two single beds and bathroom.
    The house is surrounded by a well-kept garden. Guests can enjoy all the rooms in the house.

    Urturi is a village in the Alavesa Mountain that is known for its golf course, Izki Golf, designed by Severiano Ballesteros. In addition the village is surrounded by the Izki Natural Park where you can enjoy hiking and mountain biking. Urturi is located a few kilometers from the Rioja Alavesa, Logroño, Vitoria.

La casa es perfecta para una familia de hasta 8 personas. Tiene todo lo necesario para estancias de varios dias, como ha sido nuestro caso. En todo momento hemos tenido la sensación de estar en una residencia cedida por los propietarios y no en una casa alquilada. La localización es ideal para hacer excursiones por la Rioja Alavesa, visitar Vitoria-Gasteiz, practicar senderismo o jugar al golf . Sin duda la recomendamos para aquellos que quieran disfrutar de unos dias de descanso en un paraje de tranquilidad y sosiego.
