"The apartment was nice, but I did not get apartment I booked and was not told before my stay because I booked the apartment with a bath and was given an apartment with a shower, I had trouble with openening and locking them as i found the catches were too small to open the door and I had to use 2 hands to open the main doors, one for the handle and one for the lock, I initially had trouble getting into the building because the door had a code and was not given instructions of how to use the code...

"Very spacious property (all be it up 3 flights of stairs), clean, modern and good facilities. When arrived room with 2 single beds was in fact made into a double which wasn’t what we wanted (I had explained I needed 5 beds so sofa bed was also made up). Also no cleaning products, broom or dustpan which would have been useful. Road noisy as old building windows not soundproof facing the main road.
