"This paradore is not as well maintained as the ones we stayed in at Cuenca or Toledo. The shower didn't drain, there was water in the refrigerator and the door to the patio has very loose handles. Whatever is used to clean the floors left a very sticky substance making it noisy to walk on. Parking is good and close and free. Front desk staff could.be more helpful and welcoming."

"My husband and I stayed here two nights and had a wonderful time. The hotel was very clean. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was very helpful. We had to leave early in the morning our last day to catch a train back to Madrid. The staff had a picnic breakfast ready for us and contacted a cab to take us to the train station. The location was very convenient to the plaza, cathedral and the Alcazar. Would highly recommend staying here."

"It’s a good location on the edge of the Old Town only a 10 minute walk to restaurants and shops. The room was nice enough but on the small side. The breakfast buffet was satisfying. We didn’t understand that we needed to pre book a spot in the parking garage but luckily there was still availability. So, if you need one I would recommend booking it when you make the reservation. I don’t think this was properly explained on the Hotels.com website."

"This is a classic hotel right in the heart of Segovia. Literally five steps from Plaza Mayor. The hotel is an older property, but very comfortable. The rooms were a little warm and the AC was a little weak, but other than that we enjoyed our stay. The spa menus is a little weak and we did not take advantage of the spa. They do have a nice restaurant, but in competition with all of the wonderful dining opportunities in Segovia, it does not seem to get used much. We stayed at this hotel for three nights and thoroughly enjoyed our visit."
