"The hotel room was in poor condition. The desk chair should have been thrown away months ago as most of the plastic had worn away. I had to struggle to get the shower control to work properly. The mini-refrigerator temperature control was not working properly as all of my food froze, even on the lowest setting. The staff told me they didn't have any other chairs to replace mine with."
