  • Rose Cottage is the former gardener's cottage for Spital Estate House. It is an attractive two storey cottage set within its own garden in a very peaceful and rural location in the Scottish Borders. There is an abundance of wildlife just outside the front door of the cottage and guests can expect to see deer, badgers, squirrels and several breeds of birds.
