"It was by far the WORST hotel i ever been to and the service was terrible. They didnt have an elevator so I told them i have a baby and they should change my room to the first floor but they denied because they said it will cost them! They didnt care bout the customer needs they didnt help me i had to carry the baby and my bags upstairs and later take it all down again even though i told them im operated and had a C section. "von 10.00 bis 18.00 versucht Rezeption zu erreichen um Buchung zu ändern. Niemand erreichbar oder belegt. Rückruf nach 18.30 , da war jedes Gespräch sinnlos. Mag ja nettes Hotel sein aber nen Telefonhörer abzunehmen sollte möglich sein innerhalb von 8 Stunden. Daher bestimmt niocht wieder."
