"Excellent experience at check in.Staff very helpful and gave us access to room at 10am.Beautiful room with sea view.Food in club lounge and breakfast was superb.Only minor criticism is that club lounge staff were not proactive.Despite the 2 of us being the only ones in the lounge we had to seek her out for service.Pool and spa area very impressive.Only annoying point was the nimber of seagulls using the pool"

"We pay like 140$ for a night thinking that this is a boutique hotel which is supposed to give a good quality service.i (we stay beautiful places in South of France at that price) It was contrary: We booked a room for 3 people, one double bed and one single bed. There wasn’t a single bed in the room. Only a couch which doesn’t become a bed, its width was max 70cm. My son is 12 years old and barely fit on that. Apart from the lack of bed, the couch was dirty; there were crumbles on it. It was obvious that they don’t give much importance to cleaning. The room was ancient, furnitures were quite low quality.And the service: We arrived at night, the person in the reception didn’t have any information about hosting.He couldn’t answer any of our questions about the room, beds etc. Nothing delicious or tasty about the breakfast. We looked forward to leaving that place. Thanks God it was only one night. But 140$ was way too expensive to waste for this kind of a place!"

"Fermaki is a boutique hotel with a very nice atmosphere and restaurant. We had an excellent stay there. What was good: - Interior design of the hotel and rooms - Breakfast ("serpme kahvaltı"): A lot of options, had too much to eat! - View out of the room: Amazing sea view - Sea front with free (public) sea access What could be better: - Our room was a bit on the small side but acceptable for this price range. - Room had very minor issues, like no countertop next to the sink, minibar makes strange noises. - Breakfast starts quite late so we couldn't have one on the day of our flight. "

"We arrived to a lot of work being done , lotsof rubbish outside . Stairwell blocked with old cupboard and plaster all over the floor and dust and dirt everywhere. Our bedroomfloor was dirty and bathroom was a mess. Mirrors all splashed and water mars on . Curtains dropping down, mosquito nets broken. Towel rail and toilet roll holders all broken. Our too. Was only cleaned once. I asked why but no reply . Wont be going back again ."

"The staff were very professional and helpful. Offered free upgrade. Only gripe wi fi was patchy. Shower fittings was leaking and couldn’t have a bath as water was not hot enough. Simply rectified "

"This hotel is truly amazing! First of all, the view is breathtaking, and watching the sunset was an incredible experience. The peaceful and quiet atmosphere made it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The decor, comfort, and attention to detail were simply stunning. Additionally, the cleanliness and hygiene standards were excellent. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely choose this hotel again!"

"Very friendly helpful staff.. Stairs very challenging no rails and no lift. Good position in town close to restaurants great coffee shop attached. Small cosy twin room."
