"Beautiful property set in a beautiful location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was beautiful and had everything you would need. My favourite bit was the pool just what was needed with the hot weather. I would definitely come and stay again."

"Great location right on the seafront, although no beach ample access into the sea for swimming/cooling down. The hotel and room was nice, clean, spacious with a modern decor. Limited parking around the hotel. The room very spacious and loosely devided into two with a fridge, TV, WiFi, sofa, large comfortable bed, balcony with two chairs and partial sea view. On-suite with large shower and rain fall head, loads of shampoo/shower gel etc, slippers and towels. Breakfast was included and was surprised at the size. It was a large Turkish breakfast, white+brown bread, bagel, two chocolate pastry, two cheese pastry, plate of cheese, plate of tomato+cucumber, two large pieces of watermelon, loads of small dishes containing various items. Offered mennenen (Turkish breakfast omelette), omelette or eggs, Coffee or pot of cay (Turkish tea). They were happy to bring extra of anything asked for. All staff were very friendly and helpful with most speaking multiple languages. Would definitely stay there again."
"Fermaki is a boutique hotel with a very nice atmosphere and restaurant. We had an excellent stay there.
What was good:
- Interior design of the hotel and rooms
- Breakfast ("serpme kahvaltı"): A lot of options, had too much to eat!
- View out of the room: Amazing sea view
- Sea front with free (public) sea access
What could be better:
- Our room was a bit on the small side but acceptable for this price range.
- Room had very minor issues, like no countertop next to the sink, minibar makes strange noises.
- Breakfast starts quite late so we couldn't have one on the day of our flight. "
"We arrived to a lot of work being done , lotsof rubbish outside . Stairwell blocked with old cupboard and plaster all over the floor and dust and dirt everywhere. Our bedroomfloor was dirty and bathroom was a mess. Mirrors all splashed and water mars on . Curtains dropping down, mosquito nets broken. Towel rail and toilet roll holders all broken. Our too. Was only cleaned once. I asked why but no reply . Wont be going back again ."
