Motor access to the house. Supermarket 2.5 km, restaurant 2 km, bar 2 km, bus stop 1 km, railway station "Besozzo" 3 km. Nearby attractions: Santa Caterina del Sasso 8 km, Laveno 9 km, Ispra 9 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Maggiore 5 km, Varese 6 km, Monate 9 km. Please note: car recommended. Residence with electric gates. The owner lives in the same residence.
