The host was extremely responsive and helpful before and during our stay, which made everything easy and stress-free.The hot tub was absolutely essential, especially after long days on the mountain—it was clean, hot, and a perfect way to unwind. The location was also ideal, just about 15 minutes from Sunday River, making it very convenient for skiing while still feeling quiet and private.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Bethel Sunday River area. "

"A bit old but everything was clean, the kitchen was well stocked for the meals we made, the pool and sauna were nice to use on the day freezing rain kept us indoors. I also like that they had board/card games available for us to bring back to our room. The staff were helpful and friendly. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay here. "

The house was great with no issues and had everything we needed to cook breakfast and dinner. When we did need something Jim was only a call away and was very prompt to our needs. The house location was great. Very spacious and beds were great. Quick drive to Sunday River. The hot tub was a plus, especially after days on the mountain. I would rent this house again!"
