"We had a wonderful stay at this Catskills vacation rental and would absolutely recommend it.The house was beautiful, with great views, tons of natural light, and very comfortable beds. The luxury linens, towels, and even a towel warmer added a special touch. The bathrooms were newly renovated—clean and modern—and the home felt thoughtfully set up throughout. We appreciated the games and puzzles for downtime, and the fenced yard was a big bonus for families or dogs.It’s also a great base for exploring the area. Highlights include Callicoon Café (great breakfast, including gluten-free options, plus a cute market), Buck Brook Alpacas (a fun, memorable tour), and Smallwood for an easy hike to Minnie Falls, a dog park, and amazing ice cream at Sticky Fingers.Nearby, we enjoyed hiking at Lake Superior State Park, grabbing food from Bethel Market Café and Annie’s Ruff Cut, and exploring Narrowsburg (Tusten Mountain Trail, Big Eddy Brewing, and The Herbal Scoop). Dinner at Cochecton Fire Station was a standout for wood-fired tapas and cocktails. Ri’s Ice Cream at Myers Century Farm was also delicious.Overall, this home offers the perfect mix of comfort, thoughtful amenities, and access to everything the Catskills has to offer. We’d definitely stay again!"

"The house is so much bigger than it looks and the set up of the house was so great to cook and entertain in. Kitchen is truly full stocked, I was thoroughly impressed. Check in and out was super smooth and our questions and concerns about the house were addressed almost immediately. I would rent this house again in a heart beat. Best rental experience I have had so dar. "

"The host was extremely friendly prepared the cabin for our stay , readied the fireplace so we could us right away and it snowed a bit and he came out early morning and had the place clear for us to move around . "

"The home was very clean and inviting. The only trouble we had was the difficulty in parking along the house to unload groceries and luggage at the kitchen door and exiting our truck was very tight. Would suggest removing bushes that line the driveway. "

"We had a wonderful stay. The house was in the perfect location for shows at Bethel Woods Arts Center. The apartment was adorable, with everything we could need. the backyard with the hot tub, deck, and fire pit was excellent. Very peaceful, and many deer coming by to say hello!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our 4-night/5-day stay at this stunning secluded house. Very high end touches yet relaxed vibe provided the perfect backdrop for an end-of-summer retreat.The host (Nicky) was incredibly helpful and responsive. No question was too big or too small.For the previous five summers, we've taken our quick getaway in Callicoon. While we love Callicoon the location of this house is better if you like to hike. All of our favorite hikes (Tusten, Walnut Mountain, Lake Superior, etc.) are closer to this house than Callicoon. The difference in time is not great - maybe 10 minutes each way - but for a short get-away we found that a little less time in the car was noticeable. And, when the day was done, we came home to luxury, which was great. The marked trails in the back was also nice for an after-summer stretch.If you're a runner, this house sits on a road that is part of a 4-mile loop where you can't get lost. Don't be fooled, though, in thinking the loop isn't long enough. These are four challenging miles with serious climbs and drops. The first day was a little overcast which is why some of the lighting isn't great. I also had to decrease the resolution to allow these to be uploaded to Vrbo.
