People also reside here long term and they were lovely and friendly- felt like community to this 63 yr female. Is in an industrial area but quiet enough. Hall carpet was dirty but room was clean, if barren, with all hard surfaces. I chose this place for the kitchenette but you have to ask for any cooking supplies, so planning ahead of desk trip is needed. It fit my needs and I would stay there again.

This hotel is a residential welfare hotel for homeless people. It’s not advertised as such but it is No hot water Room was run down had cracks in wall Guests and staff were rude and noisey and unsafe

We left the hotel after 20 minutes after checking in it was filthy the room smelled of smoke and I asked for a non-smoking room it was disgusting I am so sick to my stomach to have entered a hotel that look like that I will be calling you for a full refund
