J’ai fait une erreur lors de la réservation je devais me rendre à pradelles Auvergne hôtel de votre chaîne la réservation c’est faite à Bethune j’ai donc appelé à Bethune je suis tombé sur une personne absolument pas coopérative ce qui m’a mis hors de moi et des propos ont été dits conséquences de ce manque de professionnalisme ceci vendredi 9h15 J’ai payé une chambre que nous n’avons pas occupé la nuit de vendredi à samedi

Très bon accueil hotel propre et assez bien équipé ! Malgré la proposition de repas en cette periode de covide un plus !! 20 € pour des pates et un riz au lait hyper sucré, assez cher pour le rendu !!! Et j en fais des restos tous les jours depuis 20 ans ...sauf depuis qqes mois bien sur

Excellent. Face à la gare. Accueil parfait.

Très belle chambre : vaste et joliment décorée et équipée. Hôtelier accueillant et attentionné. En période de Covid, plat du jour maison à 12,50€ proposé pour consommation en chambre (en temps ordinaire, cet hôtel est aussi un restaurant gastronomique). Grands espaces communs, à la décoration originale. Un excellent séjour d'une nuit à Béthune !

Acceuil au top malgré le couvre feu

L' excellent accueil était vraiment appréciable en cette période... D'une façon générale cet hotel est en plus de bonne qualité et situé juste en face de la gare (parfait si vous arrivez en train comme moi )

L’hôtel en général en pas trop mal, mais concernant l’état général, plutôt moyen , surtout, si on considère que l’établissement est un 3 étoiles. Chambre du fond, dans une cours intérieure, plus un vide grenier qu’un hôtel. Dommage , c ´est un aspect a soigné. Il faut aussi préciser que le parking n’est pas un parking sécurisé de l’hôtel, mais un parking à quelques mètres de l’hôte ( cinéma) À part ces points, un hôtel correct.
