Ranch style pool home with circular driveway and fenced yard. This home has been remodeled with new kitchen with granite counters, new appliances, new flooring and fixtures. It has a huge caged, salt water pool (NOT HEATED) for those hot summer days. Lounge chairs for sunning and pool towels provided. Covered lanai area for outdoor dining with the Weber grill. The home has a semi open layout with living room, kitchen, and family room for additional sleeping space. It has a large master bedroom with a walk in shower and closet. Great outdoor space with a fenced yard for your children or pets. Games for the kids, televisions in every room for your streaming pleasure. Very close proximity to shopping and dining and a short ten minute drive to Crystal River for some fishing, boating and manatee adventures! Some pets allowed, pet fee required ($100 for short stays or $200/mo per pet). Laundry amenities and fully stocked kitchen. The home is equipped with exterior cameras, please do not disconnect this system during your stay.

Amazing Family Trip

We stayed he from 8/17- 8/21 the property was accommodating for the amount of family we had stay. Everything was clean and the kids loved the pool. The owner is great to deal with and very quick to respond. Would absolutely recommend to stay here and will definitely book again if we vacation in Florida again.

Fabulous vacation home

The home is very nice and has absolutrly everything you need. The pool is absolutely amazing & the enclosure keeps the bugaboos away. The home is in close proximity to every adventure in the area, the beach, Crystal & Rainbow river, swimming with manatee. The property manager met all our needs promptly. We had a wonderful time & will definitely reserve this perfect home again.

Home away from home.

This home is warm and cozy! We spent Thanksgiving with family that live locally. Lots of space. Loved the pool, plenty of pool towels and floats. Plenty of bath towels, Shampoo /Conditioner and body wash. Beds are comfy. Neighbors are friendly. Grocery stores and restaurants are close by. Donna host is readily available. Highly recommend! We plan on staying again in the future!

Family Reunion

We came for a family reunion in Florida. There was not enough room at relatives homes for all of us so 2 couples rented this VRBO. We didn't spend very much time at the rental, but it was a great get away from the rest of the family. The neighborhood was quiet, the house was clean and well appointed. Never did try the pool but it looked very clean.

Home was ready and waiting for us. Clean as a whistle and exactly as advertised. Great high speed internet and lots of smart tv’s. Kitchen had everything we needed and the ice maker was able to keep up with us. Pool was great but weather did not cooperate, too cold 😩😩 Beds were very comfortable and we were pleasantly surprised by great water pressure in showers. We would highly recommend this property and look forward to staying again next year when the temperature is higher so we can use pool 😜

We stayed here as a family of 7 while visiting my father in law who lives in a senior living space nearby. It was a good location, convenient to grocery, restaurants and not far from Crystal River and Homosassa. Kitchen was well stocked and newly renovated. Home was clean and Donna was very communicative and helpful. Loved the large kitchen table for playing family games. We were not in the pool area because it was too cold and the pool isn't heated. It looked nice from inside. Nice space for the pricepoint.

Great getaway

Traveled with my adult children, husband and three dogs. Donna’s house was perfect for us! The pool was awesome! We found out one of our dogs loves to swim and would constantly jump in if we were swimming. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. The neighbors were nice as well. Only complaint would be the thermostat is not allowed to go below 70. Being in Florida and post menopausal, i still run hot all the time. It would have been nice to have a cold house. Definitely would still recommend to stay here.

Perfect for my needs...

I needed a mutual location to visit with friends and this house served it's purpose. It was clean and airy and easy to get to. It was a short distance to shopping and good restaurants. Close to Crystal River. The owner Donna was prompt with all communications. The only downfall was, and this is my fault, I did not realize the pool was NOT heated and in February in Florida, it's cold. However, in the big scheme of things, it was not a deal breaker because we found other things to do in the area allowing my visit with friends to be fun and easy going.

The pool is perfect!

My family loves to do little vacations just so the kids can swim in a pool. On vacation, we spend 90% or better of our waking hours swimming or at the pool. This pool is large, refreshing, and there's a place to sit in the shade. Inside, we had everything we needed from high speed internet, great water pressure in the showers, all the necessary appliances and all the things to cook and grill with. If i had to say anything bad at all, it's that it's not as private as the pictures imply. The neighbors are close on all sides. But, no one bothered us whatsoever, and we hardly saw them, so it didn't impact our stay. We would gladly stay here again, so that is the best recommendation one could ask for, in my opinion. The host is very accommodating and responds quickly to any messages.
