  • adorable studio of about 20 m2 completely renovated in a small hamlet surrounded by vineyards near the pond of Capestang with
    - a real kitchen
     -a real Italian shower bathroom
    -a real stay
    despite its small size, you will find all the comfort and serenity to spend a nice quiet holiday at the gateway to the Mediterranean.
    the sitting area has a very comfortable sofa kz that you turn into 140 bed.
    a folding table will welcome you for your moment meals
    the kitchen area is worthy of a large, with a small corner "lunch" or is arranged coffee maker, kettle and toaster
    -the fridge has a freezer compartment
    -the microwave oven also serves oven for cooking


    the charm of the old with all the comforts of the modern!

    in addition a small shaded garden of about 30 m2 will allow you to enjoy the outside with small table and chair and a mist.
