Perfectly located for the 2024 Olympics, business trips, or family stays, this stylish apartment is just a 2-minute walk from the Pont de Bezons tram, offering direct access to La Défense Arena in 10 minutes and Paris in 20 minutes. The apartment is quiet and modern, featuring fast fiber Wi-Fi and a smart home atmosphere.



The living room includes a TV with streaming platforms, a PS4 console, and a workspace. Two bedrooms accommodate up to 5 guests and offer premium bedding, a beauty area, and a TV. The main bedroom can be set up with either a double bed or two singles, plus an extra single bed. The second bedroom has a comfortable double bed.



The fully equipped kitchen features LED lighting and a coffee machine. A furnished balcony overlooks a peaceful shared garden, perfect for relaxing. The apartment also offers secure private parking, an elevator, and wired internet in all rooms.
