Located in a prestigious area just a few minutes from the Eiffel Tower, which you can see from the building doorstep, this apartment is on a quiet street. Spacious and bright, it features large windows. Colorful velvet armchairs add a cozy touch, while decorative wallpapers bring vibrant character to each of the 5 bedrooms. Just a short walk away, you will find restaurants, bakeries, and charming boutiques to explore. This apartment perfectly combines comfort and style in the heart of Paris.
The space
The apartment is located on the 6th floor of the building. The elevator is available weekdays from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and does not operate on weekends.

The apartment includes:
- 1 Living room
- 1 Dining room with 8 seats
- 1 Fully equipped kitchen
- 2 Shared bathrooms (one with shower and WC, one with shower and no WC)
- 1 Private bathroom (see below)

5 bedrooms arranged as follows:
- Bedroom 1 with a Queensize bed and en-suite bathroom (with shower and no WC)
- Bedroom 2 with a Queensize bed
- Bedroom 3 with a Queensize bed
- Bedroom 4 with a Queensize bed
- Bedroom 5 with a Queensize bed
- Living room convertible into a bedroom: sofa bed for two people

The apartment is ideal for 10 people and can accommodate up to 12 people.

Guest access
Easy access : before your arrival, we will send you all the information regarding the access to the apartment as well as a video to guide you through your check-in.

To get the keys of the apartment:
- You will have to collect the keys by following our instructions with one of our partners, near the apartment
- The code will be given to you before your arrival
- The door to your apartment is on the 6th floor (elevator - on weekdays until 6pm)

For information, the apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Other things to note
A mandatory €2000 deposit is required before arrival. Details will be provided beforehand. This is a security measure to ensure compliance with our house rules.

House Rules
- No parties. To respect neighbors, parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours: 9 p.m. - 8 a.m. No music
- Non-smoking. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or building
- Registered guests only. Only those who have provided ID are allowed access
- No events or professional shoots. The apartment is for residential use only

Additionally, please note that:
- Identity documents of all adults are required
- Lost keys incur a €170 replacement fee
- Cleaning is done before arrival and after departure
