The Eiffel Tower Suite is a two bedroom, luxury Paris vacation rental in the center of the world's most visited neighborhood. Quiet and relaxing, walk outside and you feel like the Eiffel Tower could fall on you. The Apartment has all new furnishings and antiques (pre-war Metro bench from a Paris Bistro), oriental carpets, 32 in flat screen tv, free idd, wifi, a king-sized Canopy Bed and two high quality Simmons single bed (can make a queen), fully fitted Kitchen with Cable TV carrying the Movie Channel, eight Sports Channels, and Children's channels. Fourth floor with elevator, the Suite is cool, very light and quiet with everything you will need to enjoy your stay in Paris.

Every guest is special. Walk outside for bistros, cafes, bakers butchers, grocery stores, to the Eiffel or to the Seine and beyond.

Great location!

Close to the Eiffel Tower, restaurants, shops, and transportation. This cozy apartment provided comfortable beds, and basic amenities. Perfect for a family on the go.

Great location and spacious for Paris. We appreciated the welcome basket. Only complaints were that there was a restaurant on the first floor of the building and when we had the windows open we could hear the pots and pans banging all night. The apartment looks into an interior courtyard. The washer and dryer were broken during our stay and we weren’t informed until our arrival.

Family of four - really enjoyed!

Family of four from Australia (including two teenagers). The two bedrooms were great, and the family room/kitchen was all we needed. And so close to the Eiffel Tower! Would definitely recommend.

Great location and nice apartment!

Overall this was a great place for us to stay. My wife and I brought our daughter for her senior trip. Check in was easy. Lots of local stuff from restaurants to grocery store to the Eiffel Tower only a few blocks away.

Perfect Location in Paris!

Mark’s place was exactly as described and perfect for myself and my two girlfriends. Yes - the bathroom is tiny (not sure my friend’s 6’3” husband would’ve fit in the shower) but it was dandy for us. Loved the elevator - a bit of a luxury in Paris and the proximity to everything was excellent. Would highly recommend!

Trip off a lifetime with 2 of our grandkids

The apartment is in a great location to get to all attractions. You can see the Eiffel Tower from the sidewalk outside the apartment. Lots of restaurants nearby. The owner was very easy to deal with and provide helpful travel information before we arrived

Great Location for a Stay in Paris

I recently stayed at a fantastic apartment in Paris, and it couldn't have been better! The location is ideal, being close to the Eiffel Tower, numerous restaurants, and the metro. This made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The apartment also features an elevator, which was a huge plus when dealing with our luggage. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located stay in Paris!

Wonderful Eiffel Tower Apartment!

Fantastic location at the foot of the Eiffel Tower. Also close to The Seine, museums and restaurants. The apartment had everything we needed, including old world charm. Tiny bathroom but manageable. Would definitely stay again. Thank you Mark!

Great location and exactly as listed. We learned the first night that restaurant noise may be a problem, but quickly figured out a solution. We were very happy with the separate bedrooms and space to spread out after an exhausting day of travel. Thank you!

Great area

The rental was great. The big bed was hard but felt awesome after walking all day. The apartment was great. I stayed with my 16 year old daughter and my 69 year old mother and it was more than enough room. We absolutely loved the apartment and it was in a safe area. I highly recommend the apartment

Perfect location - stay here!

This space was pretty small, as we were coming from London where we had more rooms and an additional bathroom, but this location was just perfect! We traveled in the first week of June 2024 - two adults and our two children (16 and 18 years old). It was SO EASY to get around on the metro from this location, and of course walking to the Eiffel Tower each night was easy, too. There are a lot of restaurants around the neighborhood, really, you can't get better than this apartment! 100% recommend!

Cannot beat the location

Our stay in Paris was a great one. The apartment is located very close to the Eiffel Tower and many other sights, so it was fun (and easy) to walk around and see the city. The apartment building was undergoing some renovations, so it was noisy at times, but it really didn’t matter since we were there get out in streets. It goes without saying that everything in the vicinity is expensive and crowded, but there was no shortage of options to take you off the beaten path.

This apartment was so well-located within a couple minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and a variety of restaurants, bakeries, and other conveniences, such as metro and RER stations. While I wouldn't necessarily call it a "luxury" apartment, it was clean, comfortable, quiet, and safe. The beds were comfortable, and it was nice to have a kitchenette and a living area. The lift was also so helpful! Probably the only drawback was the tiny bathroom, but that is fairly common in European flats. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.

Perfect Location

The location of this apartment is perfect. A few blocks from the Eiffel Tower which brings with it excellent links for everywhere in the city. Multiple bus stops for various lines that get you everywhere in the city within about a half hour. Great bakery just around the corner and up the street for breakfast every morning. Nice welcome package on arrival. It is a typical city apartment with smaller spaces but lots of room for our two teenagers and us.

Apartment living in paris

Came to Paris with my husband and 22 year old daughter to visit my daughter during her study abroad. Apartment was great. Lots of room for all of us and the living room area was a great bonus. Supermarket was 500 feet from the apartment making it easy to grab essentials. The washer and dryer was a bit tricky. First time using a 2 in 1. Edgar was quick to respond with directions regarding how to use the appliance but also with the TV. Location is absolutely perfect. View from the apartment is a small courtyard area but when you walk out the front door the Eiffel Tower is to your right and a beautiful sight. We walked all over the city and it was so nice to have a little home away from home to come back to.

Great Paris Experience

Great unit with a convenient location close to metros. The host was great- he had an easy check in process, left a welcome basket, and was around to answer all questions. We also really appreciated the fans in the unit since it was so hot outside. The only downside was the king mattress was very firm. We switched to the other room with the two twins.

Great Location

Pros: You can't beat the location of this property. Great neighborhood with close proximity to restaurants and transportation. And the building has an elevator which is extremely helpful. Cons: The bathroom is extremely small so if you are larger size this might not work for you. And there are very noisy neighbors above in the morning and at night so if you are a light sleeper beware.

Perfect Pied-a-Terre

Super cute, if tiny, apartment, with a location that cannot be beat. The Iron Lady greats you to your right every time you step out the front door. We ( my wife and two sons) were perfectly comfortable in the apartment. Despite its size it offered everything you need in an apartment to base your exploration of the City of Light. Our hosts were very communicative and helpful, check-in couldn’t have been easier. The neighbourhood has excellent boucherie, boulangerie, patisserie, fromagerie, and some great gems of restaurants. Try Les Cocottes or Popu Bistro à Pizza for great casual meals. This is an excellent stay to experience a few days in the heart of Paris.
