"No breakfast was provided nor was there any food available on property! I paid for a ocean view got a garden view looking at construction. The balcony door wasn’t closing, bugs were in our ears all night and being bitten. The Ac was not working, the water wasn’t working,, when we got it working the water was freezing, the lights were not working Overall experience was terrible. Plus having a 3month old & 5 year old in these conditions is not ideal!"

"This hotel had the right idea, wrong execution. Our room had a very shakey and unsecure door, no hot water for the first day and no WiFi for the entire duration. When the front desk staff were met with our concerns they did not offer another room or other accommodations, the restaurant staff were superb and made my stay bareable"
