Delphine and Jacques were delightful, they offered us beach towels and a sun umbrella for our daily visits to the beach. The hotel is in a quiet location , but easily walkable to the old town and beaches. Our room was spotlessly clean and had a large comfortable bed. We loved our time in Biarritz, and would happily stay here again.

Warm friendly welcome on arrival. Very helpful local information given. Room was spotless. Hotel is only 5 minutes walk to centre abd beach. Lovely continental breakfast for extra charge if required. Nice Botique Hotel conveniently located in Biarritz. There are several nice restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries in the neighborhood and city center is a 10 minute away.

Wonderful staff, great location, and clean and comfortable rooms. Delphine and Jacques welcomed my family, loaned my son a boogie board, and advised us on restaurants and transportation options. This place is a home away from home. We'll definitely visit again!

We had an amazing stay at Hôtel Au Bon Coin! Delphine was so kind and welcoming and told us exactly what to check out in town during our one night stay. The place was clean, inviting, and had everything we needed—including tea and coffee in the room and optional breakfast in the morning. Would highly recommend this for your stay in Biarritz

Lovely family run hotel. Such a warm welcome that continued throughout our stay. Unfortunately we had to leave 1/2 way through our stay due to a family bereavement. Great location for a trip to Biarritz

Great hotel!

Great stay at Au Bon Coin, the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming , the breakfast divine, the room perfectly cleaned! The hotel is located near the heart of Biarritz, in a quiet street. I would go back!

Room and bathroom small, but perfectly clean with all necessary facilities. Very nice reception and breakfast area. Staff welcoming and courteous. The road the hotel is situated in is a little scruffy, but the main road leading up is fine, with lots of nice liitle shops and restaurants
