Best beach access and amazing ocean view!

The apartment is in great condition and the property manager is so welcoming and helpful! Most convenient beach access, best ocean view and Biarritz night life is right outside your windows.

Perfect location and beautiful accommodations

Large apartment, perfect for our family of 5. Beautiful location. Close to everything. Well appointed, nicely decorated. Sylvie was an amazing host, responsive to questions. I cannot imagine a better place to stay in Biarritz.

Paradise by the sea

Sylvie was so nice. She met us at our unit. She provided us with milk, bread, meats and an amazing cake. Beautiful place. Perfect location. If we could move there forever, we would. Thank you for the best vacation ever!

Apartment mit Flair und top Lage

Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war sehr herzlich und sie war stets bemĂŒht uns den Aufenthalt angenejm zu machen. Die SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe klappte problemlos, sogar Lebensmittel und Kaffeekapseln fĂŒr ein petit dejeuner waren von ihr gestellt. Ingesamt sah alles gut aus, allerdings mussten wir erst die SchrĂ€nke auswischen und einige GegenstĂ€nde z.B. Backofenbleche waren dreckig, deshalb der Punktabzug. Auf jeden Fall hat das Apartment auch durch die vielen Kunstwerke Flair und die Lage und Aussicht sind fantastisch. Ganz besonders dankbar waren wir, dass wir nicht schon um 10 Uhr den check out machen mussten, da unser Flug erst nachmittags war. Zum GlĂŒck gab es keine direkten Nachmieter. Herzlichen Dank fĂŒr eine schöne Zeit.

Vaste appartement idéalement situé face à la grande plage de Biarritz et proche du centre-ville.

Appartement chaleureux et trĂšs bien adaptĂ© aux familles avec un emplacement idĂ©al. L’accĂšs Ă  la plage est direct (surf et baignade) et l’accĂšs Ă  tous les commerces et restaurants est Ă©galement Ă  proximitĂ©. On peut oublier la voiture le temps du sĂ©jour. Fantastic location, superbe appartement

We stayed here for 1 week with 2 other couples, location is ideal, you can exit towards the beach and walk over to the water in less than a minute. If you exit towards the town you can walk to the marche in 10 minutes. Great view of the beach and the promenade. The living area is beautiful with very high ceilings and ample space to sit down for dinner and mingle with views on the ocean. The large kitchen has all the amenities you would expect and more. This is unique in Biarritz. It was also very convenient to have the parking right below. Bedrooms are very spacious and quiet.

Super appartement qui correspond exactement aux photos! Belle vue sur la mer et de magnifiques couchers de soleil. En plus l’appartement est tres agrĂ©able Ă  vivre, spacieux et tres belle dĂ©coration. Je le recommande a tous ceux qui veulent dĂ©couvrir cette region. Dans un appartement trÚs spacieux et agréable nous avons passé un semaine en famille merveilleuse, la vue sur l océan est magique ( pas besoin de téléviseur le spectacle est permanent) L appartement chaleureux est trÚs bien aménagé et confortable , sa situation géographique est idéale à quelques minutes du centre ! Au coeur de la ville à quelques pas de magnifiques promenades en bord de mer et des échoppes pour gourmets. Déambulant dans l'appartement à chaque fois saisis par les mouvements de la grande bleue et baignés dans une décoration soignée et trÚs inspirée servie par des beaux volumes. Une belle ambiance. Amazing spot right on the Grand Plage!

Sylvie was a lovely hostess and very responsive. We really enjoyed our time in Biarritz and recommend Sylvie's place highly!!! Plenty of space to spread out, with two full bathrooms. Lots of cute restaurants within walking distance and the kids got daily surf lessons less than 5 minutes walk down the beach. A great vacation spot!

The Location Simply Couldn't Be Better

This place is situated right on the Grande Plage between the casino and Hotel Du Palais. The location is smack in the middle of where someone could want to be. There are two entrances to the building and one of them dumps you right on the beach. The unit itself is the same as the photos. There are three full bedrooms and a fourth sleeping area that is kind of by the entrance to the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. There is no central AC but the air flow in the place is an absolute 10/10. There are also fans provided for each room. The host Sylvie, was incredibly communicative. She responds very quickly and greeted us when we arrived. This is probably a $2 million+ place and I would 100% stay there again.
