Profitez bien de la piscine .. que de la piscine

Expérience mitigée. Les plus : la piscine, la propreté, le sourire et l accueil du personnel Les moins : il a fallu choisir entre le 2e étage avec une climatisation qui ne fonctionne pas mais du wifi ou le premier étage sans wifi mais avec une Climatisation qui fonctionne. N’espérez pas non plus trouver une bouilloire ou du café à disposition ce qui est dommage pour un hôtel de cette catégorie.

Il soggiorno è stato veramente piacevole anche se si gira per lavoro ogni Tanto far finta di stare in ferie è veramente piacevole.

C'è stata consegnata una camera con il lavandino che presentava il tappo incastrato in posizione di chiusura , avendo segnalato il tutto alla reception ci viene riferito che avrebbero sistemato la sera stessa o al massimo l'indomani, il lavandino non è stato ripristinato prima della nostra partenza e siamo stati costretti ad utilizzare il bidet( tra l'altro traballante)per lavarci la faccia e i denti cosa che non è contemplata in un 4 stelle...per il resto posizione comoda per l'accesso alle spiagge, parcheggio in loco a pagamento di 10€ al giorno, colazione tutto sommato piacevole, camere che andrebbero ristrutturate ma complete in ogni comfort

Abbiamo soggiornato tre notti ad inizio agosto. La camera era una quadrupla molto spaziosa, personale gentile, buona la pulizia e colazione ricca , anche gluten free. Piscina pulita. Nota negativa, nella camera era compreso l'idromassaggio che però non era funzionante, alla nostra richiesta di spiegazioni ci è stato detto che essendo cambiata recentemente la gestione non avevano ancora provveduto alla sistemazione.

L'hotel è un bellissimo edificio immerso nel verde e a due passi dallo splendido mare. La camera è spaziosa e confortevole. Peccato per alcuni dettagli come la porta della camera mezza rotta e alcuni elementi del personale estremamente lenti nel lavoro e poco accurati nel rassettare le camere.

A bad experience. We have arrived around midnight and we got a room where the inside temperature was above 29 degrees, no drinking water in the room. The A/C was off and i went straight away to the receptionist to ask for clarifications. He activated it but still it was not working, it was late and we went to sleep. The morning after it we have reported the issue and the first answer we got was : " we are sorry, there is nothing we can do about it, there is a technical issues". I had some technicians even entering the room assigned to us, unbelievable... They finally moved us to another room which still had issues with A/C, but facing an internal backyard was fresher, ridiculous. The private beach was not available due to a "bureaucracy issue" and this was not mentioned anywhere. This was supposed to be a 4 starts hotel, seriously....

Prettig hotel, kamer en badkamer netjes, vriendelijkheid personeel wisselend, zwembad zeer mooi en goed verzorgd. Parkeerplaats auto niet altijd gegarandeerd. Dit was niet goed georganiseerd. Ontbijt goed en ruim voldoende.

La struttura è gradevole, su più blocchi, con una piscina abbastanza ampia. L'organizzazione, però, è abbastanza caotica: avevo chiesto la separazione dei letti, telefonando prima, ma all'arrivo non avevano ancora provveduto; difficile fare colazione con la brioche e il cappuccino "in contemporanea". Oltretutto MI HANNO FATTO SALDARE IL CONTO ALL'ARRIVO: MAI SUCCESSO PRIMA!!

Close to the beach

This hotel is very close to the beach. The staff were very friendly and it is good that you can hire bikes free of charge. The only down side is that the rooms were quite small.

Booked this place by mistake thinking it was in Livorno but spent a wonderful six days there. The area turned out to be a beach resort but close enough to drive to Pisa, Luca and could get to Cinque Terre by train from a nearby town.. Great,wonderful staff, terrific breakfast, restaurant serving dinner, very nice pool area and a very short walk to the beach. Great place if looking for a beach vacation.
