"I had a wonderful stay at Mauad Hotel in Santo Domingo. The hotel has a great atmosphere, very comfortable rooms, and an excellent location to enjoy the city. What really made the difference during my stay was the exceptional service from the staff. A special thanks to Baez and Milan, who were incredibly helpful, friendly, and always available to assist with anything I needed. Their professionalism and warm attitude truly made me feel welcome and taken care of. Customer service like this makes a stay memorable, and thanks to them my experience at the hotel was even better than expected. Loved the breakfast with the view at Carmela restaurant! I would definitely recommend Mauad Hotel to anyone visiting Santo Domingo and I look forward to coming back."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The buffet had a large variety of foods and was very fresh and tasty. The Japanese restaurant was average as they did not have many popular japanese foods that we were looking for. The restaurant, piano bar and cigar lounge were always pretty empty. This is definitely a relaxing older crowd resort, no party vibes AT ALL. Also, the rooms were freezing. We even turned the air off and it was still cold. and the sheets were pretty thin with no extra blanket so I slept in the robe they provided. The location was in a good spot centrally located. "
