"I stayed at Hotel Mauad from Nov 19–23 and had a very positive experience. The property is beautiful, modern, and still very new. The lobby is stunning, the rooms are spacious with comfortable beds, and the staff were consistently friendly, bilingual, and genuinely welcoming. There are some areas that could be improved as the hotel finishes opening: hallways are noisy with rolling luggage, the bathroom sink/outlet setup is awkward, and the room could use more furniture. The nightclub’s shared entrance creates crowding during peak hours. Still, the staff, especially Mr. Báez, made my stay exceptional. With a few refinements, this hotel has real potential to become a top choice in Santo Domingo. "
