Excellent hôtel dans un coin moins touristique du chiado
Secteur Santos, donc plus tranquille et moins bruyant que le secteur Baxia/Alfama
Déco de style industriel très élégant avec tous les services incluant un très beau gym
Personnel très courtois, un petit clin d œil à Alice et Sara pour leur aide et gentillesse pour des recommandations de restos
Cependant cet hôtel est à proximité d une multitude de petites rues et ruelles qui regorge d excellents petits restos terrasses tous assez bien coté et d une boutique d achats de fromage charcuterie et vin locaux avec un excellent services et amical.
Les déjeuners buffet de l hôtel .. inclus pour nous, sont très complets avec fruits , fromages jus, céréales café de tous genres.
Et un fantastique gâteau aux bananes à ne pas manquer
L hôtel est 25-35 minutes de marche sur le plat du plaça da commercio et du centre touristique, 15 minutes de marche sur le plat de la station de métro donnant accès aux trains de banlieue ou transport maritime.
Excellent hôtel pour le prix.

Amazing! The staff were so helpful and polite. I could not have asked for a better experience than I did at Dorma. They had complimentary water and Pastel De Natas everyday! The breakfast was perfect and had so much flavour. Our rooms got cleaned everyday when we went out and I appreciate the effort by all the staff there. This hotel is in the best spot close to all the stores, restaurants, and tour meeting points.
