Lovely place, one really feels like you're alone in the countryside. We stayed only one night on a stop in between places. It's decorated very nice and is very clean, although not a lot of amenities; what I hadn't expected is that there's no staff there in the evening or overnight and it seemed we were the only ones staying on the premises; we were a bit concerned that if anything happened, we were abandoned, with no instructions who to contact if something was needed. It's probable a lovely place to stay if one has a large group but we felt a bit too isolated.

Spontaneous stay after a flight canellation, its a very cosy and beauitful estate. Personally a bit more rustic than desired, but very charming. We were unfortunately there during a heatwave and disappointed the propety was equipped with air con or sufficient fans to stay comfortable but it was a short stay so manageble. The team was lovely and the breakfast was definitely a highlight, so delisious and very farm to table. Wish we could eat it every morning.

We absolutely loved our stay at Domaine de Bassilour. We stayed in the villa in the Coraline apartment. Spotlessly clean, light and fresh and it has a view of La Rhune from the bedroom window! It’s very well equipped with everything you need, perfectly situated to explore the surrounding area but tucked away in a quiet spot. I did not want to leave!

Chambre propre. Spacieuse. Beaucoup de charme. Calme.
