"The location is great…a bit of a walk to the pier and rides but totally doable! The beds were comfy, linens were great…my only gripe would be the floors. Clearly they hadn’t been mopped and they had sand on them when we walked in. I did discover a broom in the closet the morning we left so if I had known that I could’ve swept them and it would’ve been great."

"This property was a throwback today's gone by, but in a very charming way. The staff was wonderful, the armory lounge was terrific, and we liked our room. Because of the age of the hotel, there is no room to expand the bathroom. That being said, the shower was comfortable as were the other facilities. The location was fantastic. We would highly recommend this property."

"Very pleasant stay. The staff was simply amazing. Everyone we came in contact with was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The hotel is a bit of a hike from Ogunquit, but only 10 minutes from the beach. There are trolleys to take you into Ogunquit or it’s a 10 minute drive. If you don’t need to be in the middle of the action and want a nice hotel with a lovely staff, book it!"
