The baseboard heat control required me to get on the floor and crawl into the corner of the room behind the fridge. And the room didn’t look at all like the picture on Expedia. "Richard’s house is beautiful and fully equipped for a group of eight. It was spotless when we arrived. We had come for a small retreat and the house and surrounding area are so beautiful that we didn’t want to leave even to go see Stockbridge! Still, grocery stores, restaurants, and shops are a short drive away. Serious hiking and easy walks were available for every level of desired physical activity. Richard was easy to reach and extremely responsive when we needed to get in touch with him, and he graciously took care of our small problem in less than an hour from when we contacted him. We enjoyed the house so much that we ate hoping to return for another retreat next year."
