Just what you expect. Clean, quiet, relaxing. The staff was very helpful. We had no issues with our stay. The cleaning staff did a great job at maintaining our room during our 6 night stay.

A/C not working. It took hours for a technician to arrive and said he fixed the issue but it was very warm all night. Parking terrible and very difficult to get into the hotel. The restaurant manager ( Loic Lavaud) was the best part of the stay. He tried to help with the air conditioner which is not his job but no maintenance available. He was extraordinarily kind and helpful. He allowed us to have a wonderful meal in his restaurant even though we were late arriving due to the maintenance issue. He went above and beyond his duties. He also was helping the front desk person,there were two wedding parties at the hotel with one front desk short staffed. The restaurant manager needs a raise and job security.

After a short walk from the railway station, we reached the hotell. The lobby, hotell restaurant, and, most importantly, our room were allla spatious, beautiful, modern and clean.

The hotel is kind of ourside the city center and has no own parking lots. Instead, you have to use the nearby garage which charges 30 CHF per night. On top, for environmental reasons, the AC is set to a minimum "comfortable" 25 degresse... I was sweating the whole night and didn't sleep good at all. If I would have been aware of these circumstances, I would not have booked this hotel.

1 Uebernachtung in Biel

Das Hotel ist mit dem Auto schwer zu erreichen und nur beim Hinterausgang, wo sich auch das Parking befindet. Um dorthin zu gelangen muss man durch eine Fahverbotszone. Es steht nirgends geschrieben, dass die Zufahrt für Gäste erlaubt ist. Das Frühstück ist ok, aber nichts besonderes Das Zimmerwar gross und schön, das Bad gut, due Dusche toll. Aber viel Platz für die Kleider gibt es nicht

Zukünftiges Stammhotel für Übernachtungen in Biel

Sehr sauberes Hotel. Die Hotelanlage ist neu, sauber gehalten und gut eingerichtet. Das Zimmer war gross und extrem sauber. Am Anfang dachte ich das Zimmer hätte einen Teppichboden, war jedoch ein Kunststoffbelag. Badezimmer sind auch sehr sauber. Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen und die meiste Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuss gut erreichbar. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es genug

エアコンの効きを抑えているらしく部屋が暑く寝苦しい滞在でした。 環境問題の前に体調を崩してしまうのは元も子もないのではと思いますが… それ以外は特に問題も無く良いホテルでした。
