There is almost nothing to be displeased about in this modern, very well-appointed, city-centre hotel. Our visit started with a smiling welcome from the multi-lingual reception staff, and continued with being allocated an excellent room, and then treated to a super experience in Faces bar. (I can heartily recommend the superbly made Gin Martini.) Breakfast is a fine experience, again being 'topped-off' by friendly and efficient staff. I loved the personal and welcoming hospitality. The selection at breakfast was fresh and abundant. The room design is rather simple but it was overall cozy. I only wished the beds were a bit harder.
