"Staff is friendly and accommodating.
My only recommendation would be to be just focus on being a professional host and avoid
inconveniencing guests due to religious festivals (such as delaying time of included breakfast)
Having said that, for people who don’t mind that aspect I would say this is a very nice place to stay in the heart of Bengaluru!

"Seems like a unmaintained property. Trip was not comfortable.
Bathrooms are not clean. Shower was not working and hot water was not available either.
Route to the resort is also terrible due to roadblocks.
Food was also costly - we avoided it and went to Sri Tattva nearby.

"Spectacular stay at Taj West End hotel for honeymoon. Best hotel stay ever! Food was spectacular and service was on point. Staff was very gracious and helpful. Beautiful property. Well maintained and facilities are first class. Room servicing staff in particular Santhosh was very kind and helpful. He also offered to take photographs of us on the property.
Restaurant breakfast was exceptional. Service was anticipatory and delivered well. Food delicious and great variety. "
