Summary:

A spacious lakefront four-bedroom, three-bathroom home in Big Bear Lake, sleeping up to 10 guests across two floors. Enjoy direct lake access and use of the shared dock.



Relax in the private hot tub, serviced weekly, and take advantage of the EV charger—just bring your own charging cable. Up to two house-trained dogs or cats are welcome.



The home is also well equipped for families traveling with young children, with a pack ’n play, bath seat, booster seats, children’s books, and toys provided.



The Space:

Take in the gorgeous lake views while grilling and enjoying a meal at the outdoor dining table. Settle into the swing with a good book and a cup of tea or hot chocolate, or cozy up under a blanket and enjoy the peaceful lakeside setting.



Parking is available in the driveway, with space for up to four vehicles. Street parking is not permitted under Big Bear Lake city ordinance. An EV charger is available near the outdoor patio; please bring your own charging cable.



The hot tub is serviced every Thursday, so a technician may briefly access the hot tub area that day.



For families traveling with young children, the home is equipped with a pack ’n play, bath seat, booster seats, children’s books, and toys.



One thing to note before your stay: the upstairs heating system can be noticeably loud while running.



Guest Access:

The entire home is yours to enjoy during your stay.



Entry is via a lockbox located on the stair rail near the front entrance. We’ll send your access code before arrival.



Please note that the garage, locked cupboards in the kitchen and primary bedroom are reserved for owner storage and are not included in the rental.



The Neighborhood:

Bearlagio is located in a peaceful lakefront neighborhood close to many of Big Bear Lake’s most popular attractions.



The area offers easy access to The Village, Big Bear Marina, local restaurants, shops, and lake activities. In warmer months, enjoy boating, fishing, kayaking, and paddleboarding. During winter, Snow Summit and Bear Mountain are nearby for skiing and snowboarding.



The neighborhood is primarily residential, making it a relaxing place to unwind while still being close to the activity and entertainment of Big Bear Lake.



Getting Around:

Bearlagio is conveniently located for exploring Big Bear Lake on foot or by car. Big Bear Marina is about a 10-minute walk away, and The Village is approximately a 12-minute walk from the home, putting restaurants, shops, cafés, and entertainment within easy reach.



A car is recommended for trips to Snow Summit, Bear Mountain, grocery stores, and other attractions around the lake. Parking is available in the driveway for up to four vehicles.



Big Bear also offers a free trolley service connecting The Village with Snow Summit, Bear Mountain, supermarkets, and other popular destinations around town. You can find routes and schedules here:

If you're visiting during winter, be prepared for mountain driving conditions. Check road and chain requirements before traveling and carry tire chains when required.
