"The size of the house was perfect for our group, comfortably accommodating four families. As were the thoughtful touches like the coffee and candy awaiting us. Despite my initial confusion about the entrance, the prompt assistance over the phone made our arrival smooth & hassle-free. While we encountered a few minor maintenance issues such as grease dripping from the stove when on and a leaky cracked sink, they did not detract significantly from our overall enjoyment of the house. "We had a very pleasant stay and the property was great and exactly as advertised. The only pushback I would give is that while there is a cleaning fee, the property management has set a rule that the tenants must, not only, take all the trash from the property out, but transport the trash to an offsite location to be dumped. Carrying a bag of trash in my car to another location was pretty inconvenient and not exactly what you expect when you’re paying to stay on vacation, especially if there is...
