Many restaurants closed early March- trips to desert an hour or so away- beautiful drive down the mountain! Peaceful, serene and friendly people! All in all we enjoyed it and will return- Wi-Fi good as I worked a few days. Kathy and Gary"

"Beautiful property. As others mentioned the hot tub worked inconsistently. It worked the first night when we were told it might be too cold. Then the next night it was too late once we realized it wasn’t heating. The upstairs bedrooms were uncomfortably warm, even with ceiling fans in and turning the thermostat to 60, then I was cold downstairs. We closed the vents, still made no difference. We also paid for firewood delivery. There was wood inside that burned but the other wood on the deck...

"We had a wonderful time visiting Idyllwild and staying eat the cabin. It was much more than we could have hoped for. Extremely clean and cozy. My only bit of advice is watch the driveway. It is NOT for a low car or with snow on the ground. It is very steep. Fortunately I brought my pickup and was able to back out of the driveway. We will be back!"

"Upon walking in, this cabin is as cozy as it gets! Wood burning fireplace, beautiful mountain decor, very clean, and has all the necessities for a pleasant stay. I especially enjoyed the complimentary eco friendly toiletries. Super close to town and convenient for dog owners!"

"The cabin is a dream and has a good, cozy feel. Everything worked. The cabin was very clean, the layout is great, plenty of space. The zero plastic amenities was nice touch. We enjoyed the view to the mountain tops, trees surrounding the cabin, the deck with teak furniture, the quiet location, walking distance to trails, simply everything was so wonderful."

Large deck with stunning views and nice hot tub to enjoy. 3rd bedroom is detached under main level is large and has been beautifully remodeled. Great location. Small issue was very low quality and quantity of kitchen items."

The owners checked in on us to make sure everything was okay and were available for questions or issues. We had neither. The walk into town was easy and quick. It sits in the very lap of mountain and forest, has color, character, order, comfort, and is surrounded by Nature's grandeur. It is eclectic, warm, welcoming. To a soul seeking peace and civility in a madding world, it is a refuge. And the village which abuts it is a treat. Overall, a treasure."
