"Nice property. A bit on the older side but very clean. It is located in a very nice, safe, and convenient location in Palm Desert right off the 111. There is food and groceries within walking distance. Parking was very easy. The hotel staff at this hotel are excellent. We had very noisy neighbors and the hotel staff took care of it immediately and helped move my elderly parents to a new room. Excellent customer service!"

The location is super convenient, just minutes from the venue, which made getting to and from the concert a breeze. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. I especially appreciated the great customer service and the solid breakfast in the morning—exactly what I needed before heading out. If you're catching a show at Acrisure Arena and need a hassle-free, comfy place to crash, Fairfield is a fantastic choice. Very satisfied!"
