The room was clean with decent appliances. However, upon arrival we had to air out the room as it had a "old closet smell." Moreover, turning on the heater was a mission, thus, we were not able to use it all through our stay 😞

The property was definitely pet friendly! I did not realize that my room (San Jacinto) had a sun roof - expect morning light. You could hear the people staying in the other rooms nearby. The room was spotless. As explained on the website, the staff basically leaves you alone. (This is a good thing.) The cabins are a bit rustic and ramshackle, but that seems appropriate in a small mountain town.
