"Didn’t have a Mountain View but it was quiet. Room was clean but very dated. There were some things that could have been fixed, i.e, broken toilet handle, counter by sink was missing a piece in front, previous occupant had disconnected tv cable, smoke detector was on bathroom window sill, and there was NO hot water. "

They showed us around the place, informed us about the breakfast deal for the next morning and gave us a great restaurant recommendation for dinner just a couple of steps away from the Lodge. "Had a wonderful experience!! Cabin bigger than it looks, very clean, TONS of towels (which I respect), and it had all your basic needs. Communication from the hosts was easy and responsive! The location is absolutely perfect! Easy walk to town! The backyard is perfect for dogs but make sure to keep them leashed. We will absolutely be coming back!"

"A 3 night escape from LA for a peaceful stay. So. Peace. Full. Close to hiking trails. Super clean and well appointed. Spacious. A little sad to leave. Especially the hot tub amongst the pines… "

"We were very pleased with our choice of this rental. Lots of room and the place gets nice and toasty (especially upstairs.) It is in a great location and the neighborhood is quiet and relaxing. We only had a couple hiccups that Gabby fixed immediately (hot tub was barely warm and the ROKU was all in Spanish. Gabby sent someone right away to fix the hot tub and we reset the ROKU for English-for the last 2 days there was no internet/ could have been an outage-we didn't care.) The property was very nice and offered us alternatives but we were happy staying at Knotting Hill. Overall, we recommend this place and looking forward to staying at some of the other rentals they own. "
