"We were so happy to find a place in Idyllwild that would take three big dogs But it turned out to be so much more than that.We had everything that we needed besides having a half acre for the dogs to run around in which was fenced. We felt very comfortable and safe. The cabin is in a picturesque area where we took the dogs walking in the morning and in the evening.Only took a couple of minutes to get into the town center with lots of cafés and thrift stores and boutiques, even a dog store and a vet.Beautiful decks with lots of sitting areas.Very relaxing and beautiful and clean.We will definitely go back to the same spot next vacation in Idyllwild. I was very happy with everything and it was so pretty and cozy and I slept really well."

"Surface level, everything looks nice aside from some cosmetic things (bathroom vanity door hanging off / light fixture dangling / exposed outlet / sink not being sealed)But the kicker came when the bathroom sink would not drain after having the water on for 6 seconds - unusable - had to brush teeth and wash face in the kitchenKitchen faucet sprays off to the right onto the counter when turned on - soaked our stuffHad less than 5 min of hot water, so showers suckedBathmat was moldyTowels smelled of moldMark (manages the property) was fairly responsive when I messaged over the app, but did not offer to send out a plumber to fix thingsSpoke to Steve, other owner, on the phone. Very nice and listened to everything and passed it all along to Mark When I asked about us working out compensation for the inconvenience I was refunded 25 and told that these were all “minor inconveniences” — that is what really triggered me. I gave them the rest of our stay plus 5 days to try and rectify the situation, but they did not respond any further. Filed a complaint w Vrbo"

"What a great, quick getaway. The cabin is in a very convenient location, was clean and exactly as described. The pre-check-in communication took all the guess work out of the entire process. I highly recommend this property. We will be back for a longer stay! "
