They will answer your phone call and let you know they will get back to you with in 24 hours but they never did. "Stayed here for a weekend — beautiful hotel with exceptionally friendly and attentive staff. The grounds and landscaping truly felt like a desert oasis, and the pools were perfect for lounging. The only small hiccup was a missed birthday accommodation I had requested for my girlfriend. The front desk was kind in acknowledging it, but unfortunately it never made it to the room. Not a big deal, but worth mentioning so it can be improved for future guests."
